After you book your mediation session, Family Bridge Mediation will contact the parties listed with an Mediation Engagement Agreement confirming the time, date, and location of the mediation session as well as the fee schedule for the mediation and other pertinent information. *Important Note: All parties will need to sign and return the Mediation Engagement Agreement and pay the mediation deposit for the session to be considered Confirmed.  *Parties that cancel a mediation session with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit their deposit

After the mediation session is confirmed, parties will receive an email with a list of requested documents. Parties should return the requested documents no later than 48 hours prior to the mediation.
