How Much Does Mediation Cost?

  • *Full Day* - Flat Rate Fee Option $649 Per Party

    Includes: Full Day Mediation Session (virtual or in-person*) - allot for plenty of time to discuss relevant issues and develop an agreement without watching the clock. This flat rate package allows for up to 8.5 hours and allows for taking time for breaks. Also includes preparation of Mediated Marital Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan to submit to courts.

  • Hourly Mediation Fee $99 Per Hour, Per Party

    Available for mediations that need some additional time over the *Full Day* schedule, OR for brief mediation sessions that can be completed within 2 to 4 hours and do not need a full day of mediation services. Also includes preparation of Mediated Marital Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan to submit to court. Note: In person mediation session requires a minimum of 2 hour booking, plus associated office rental fee*

  • Parenting Coordination $200 Per Hour, Total

    Parenting Coordination (PC) services are available for parties ordered to PC services by the courts. PC services require a $1000 retainer (Equal to 5 hours of PC services). Parties share the cost of PC services retainer equally. Amanda is currently qualified with the 5th, 8th, 9th, 18th, 19th, and 20th Circuits in Florida.

* Due to the significant client preference for virtual mediation sessions, Family Bridge Mediation (FBM) does not maintain a full time commercial office for use. Private / confidential conference rooms can be booked at FBM’s shared office location in Orlando, FL. There is an additional fee if parties require booking of an in-person conference room. Upfront information on associated fee is provided in Engagement Agreement, if applicable.
