Mediation services can be offered virtually for clients located anywhere in Florida; or in-person at a shared Winter Park office location*. Costs listed below do NOT include fees paid directly to the court (varies based on location)

Simple Mediation Package - Flat Rate Fee Option

$699 per party

Includes:

Full Day Mediation Session (virtual or in-person*) - allot for plenty of time to discuss relevant issues and develop an agreement!
Preparation of Mediation Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan to submit to court

Mediation, Per Hour Cost Option

$99 per party, per hour

Available for mediations that need additional time over the *Simple Mediation Package* schedule, OR for brief mediation sessions that can be completed within 2 to 3 hours and do not need a full day of mediation services
Preparation of Mediation Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan to submit to court
Note: In person mediation session requires a minimum of 2 hour booking plus associated office rental fee*

Preparation of Additional Court Documents (*optional)

OTHER than Mediation Agreement and Parenting Plan (included in mediation cost)
Includes Florida court-required documentation for divorce (ex: Dissolution of Marriage form, UCCJEA form, etc.)
Notice: Packet will be delivered to participants for notarization and filing with court (mediator cannot file directly with court). There is an additional court-fee paid directly to circuit court, cost depends on county.
Note: Parties can always purchase court document package directly from the courthouse
